WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR JEWELRY VENDING MACHINE?

Currently our vending machine is exclusive at pop up events at Palacio de Hierro Polanco in Mexico City.

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

All of our pieces are brass 18 karat gold filled, cz stones and in some designs we use high end enamel.

CAN I GET MY EARS PIERCED WITH YOU?

We would happy to do that! Currently we just pierce ears at special events, stay tuned in our socials and subscribe to our newsletter to get notice for coming piercing events!

 

CAN I GET PIERCED WITH YOUR EARRINGS?

Unfortunately no, you should get pierced with a quirurgic grade earring specially made for ears perforation, to help it heal properly once your piercing is healed you can change it to our jewelry pieces!

ARE YOUR EARRINGS SOLD IN PAIRS OR SINGLY?

All our jewelry is sold singly unless
otherwise stated. Our hoops are sell in the description state if they’re sold
as a pair.
If a product description doesn’t say
an earring is sold as a pair, and the catalog image shows only one item, the piece is sold singly.

To order a pair, please add two of the

I DOES YOUR JEWELRY CAUSES ALLERGY REACTION?

Our jewelry designed to minimize the risk of causing an allergic reaction. If you experience flaky skin, itching, swelling, redness, and/or rashes from wearing jewelry, then you likely have a metal allergy and should only wear hypoallergenic, nickel-free jewelry.

HOW CAN I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

We suggest you avoid contact with any chemicals as pool chloride, perfume alcohol, also the salt in the ocean water can be corrosive, take it
before exercising preferably because the sweat PH can take away the shine from your stones. I order to avoid this you can use regular dish soap and a clean tooth brush and rub it against stones and then rinse with water.

This technique is completely safe for your jewelry, you can do this once
a month to keep your stones shinning!

HOW OFTEN ARE ITEMS RESTOCKED?

Restocks take between 30 and 90 days — we like to take a little extra time to make sure every piece is perfect. Any items that are discounted will not be restocked. 

We have an "Email when available" option that will pop up when selecting a sold-out item and size. You can enter your email address if you would like to receive a notification when a new inventory is added to the website.

DO LIMITED EDITION ITEMS RESTOCK?

Rarely — you do have to be quick to get a limited-edition item such as collaboration pieces. Signing up

WARRANTY / WE OFFER 1 MONTH WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a 1 month warranty.

This warranty is valid for 1 month after purchased online or by a authorized retailer you must show your purchase evidence date (ticket) to make your warranty valid.

If your jewelry arrives broken, is missing a stone or has a closure mistake we would be happy to replace your item. If your item
is sold out or discontinued, we offer a gift card for the amount paid on the
original order.
