We offer global shipping to all destinations except Russia.

 HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING/HOW LONG IT TAKES?

Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of how many pieces you order.

Mexico $154 Mexican pesos.
All Orders in Mexico over $1,500 MXN get free shipping 

United States: $33 usd / $600 Mexican pesos. Orders over $150 usd get  free shipping. 

Rest of the world: $36 usd / $680 Mexican pesos. Orders over $150 usd get free shipping 

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before
orders ship from our warehouse.

 *Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or. customs duties which may be payable by the costumer on delivery to your country.

Customs taxes, duties, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination country. These charges differ based on country laws and policies, and we cannot estimate the amount you may be charged.

Please note if your order is returned to us due to refusal to pay outstanding customsfees, you may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

 

I GOT PRE-SALE JEWELRY, WHAT'S NEXT?

Your order will ship in the mentioned days or weeks in the description of your purchased item.

(please don't count weekends or holidays), please remember after purchasing a pre-sale item you are accepting your order is subject to delay more days of the original
estimated time due: production delays, covid-19, holidays (non working days) or high volume of orders peak season.

If any of this delays happen you will still receive your order, sadly we can’t cancel pre sale items orders, but you can always reach our team and we can make you an exchange of the piece or give you store credit. 

HOW LONG DOESMY PRE - ORDER ITEM TAKES TO ARRIVE?

If you order a pre- order item please check the date indicated in our website.

If you ordered more items and your order includes a pre order item your order won’t ship until your pre sale item is available.

 

HOW LONG AFTER PLACING MY ORDER WILL IT BE SHIPPED??

Please allow 1-2 working days (excluding weekends or holidays) from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Please check in the description of your purchased item if its a pre sale item, then it will be shipped in the estimated time.

MY ORDER STATUS SAYS “PROCESSING” WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

“Processing” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to “Shipped.”

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available. 

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

For Mexico deliveries we work with different courriers, our warehouse team might choose the best one in terms of time and disponibiliy for your destination.

All international deliveries are shipped with DHL.

 I WANT TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet yes we can change your address.

I AM MISSING SOMETHING FROM MY ORDER

Get in touch so we can work out the details with you, every order missing an item is handled on a case-by-case basis.

MY PACKAGE SAYS IT'S DELIVERED BUT IS NOT WITH ME 

Hi! things happen! don't worry darling!, your order should be in a safe place in your building or maybe with your neighbours or with security, in this case we recommend you to ask them. We do not offer refunds for orders that say they are delivered by confirmed tracking information. However, we still may be able to help you the best we can, whether this is with a replacement or something else.

CAN YOU HELP WITH DAMAGED PRODUCT?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to hellothehighline@gmail.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 days return window cannot be returned or refunded.
